R-15-39 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING VARIOUS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT REVIEW FEES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sebastian, Florida, adopted various Resolutions including R-03-25, R-11-28, R-14-10 and R-14-30 establishing the fees for various development applications within the Community Development Department (Growth Management); and WHEREAS, to assist business to grow, expand or start-up in Sebastian, the City Council adopted Resolution R-10-44 which temporarily reduced certain development fees by fifty percent, and extended those reductions for additional two-year periods by adopting Resolution 11-28 and Resolution R-13-30, and those reductions are scheduled to expire on November 30, 2015; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Sebastian to amend the Community Development Permit Review Fees. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, as follows: Section 1. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT REVIEW FEES: The City Council of the of City of Sebastian does hereby establish the amended Community Development Permit Review Fees as highlighted on the attached schedule labeled Exhibit "A". Section 2. CONFLICT. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. upon its adoption. EFFECTIVE DATE.
