CALL TO ORDER
10:00 a.m. There being a quorum present, Steve Marcinik, called the
meeting to order.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
10:05 a.m. Bruce Hoffman motioned the minutes of the December 17,
2013 Board Meeting be approved. Motioned seconded by Debra
Krueger and passed unanimously without change.

NEW BUSINESS
Review of the proposed Ordinance
Section 58-46 Definitions
Actuarial equivalent - replace (8%) with (7.75%) as changed by the
Board at the December17, 2013 meeting.
Retirement - delete "or entry into the deferred retirement option plan."
Salary - replace designated sentences with language from the Collective
Bargaining Agreement Section 48.5 Sections C and D.
Section 58-48 Board of trustees (page 4 - line 10 from the top of the
page)
Section (a) - delete the sentence "DROP participants can be elected as
but not vote for member trustees."
Section 58-69. Direct transfers of eligible rollover distributions;
elimination of mandatory distributions.
Section (b) Rollovers or transfers into the fund Line 2 - typographical
error "...permissiblepolice..." - "...change to permissible police..."
Debra Krueger moved to have the above changes incorporated into the
final revision of the proposed Ordinance. Steve Marcinik seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Procedures for processing a Disability Claim were reviewed by Attorney
Dehner with the Board.
