2) UTILITY EASEMENTS
THE UTILITY EASEMENTS AS SHOWN ARE DEDICATED IN PERPETUITY TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION,
MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF UTILITIES BY ANY UTILITY PROVIDER, INCLUDING CABLE TELEVISION
SERVICES, IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS AS MAY BE ADOPTED FROM TIME
TO TIME BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. FRONT YARD
