Our only comments are these:
• We are not commenting on the actual design and location of the Splash Pad. We assume the design and the
location provided is what is wanted / needed (by Parks Dept.?).
• Confirm associated parking arrangements and whether a crosswalk is needed across Harrison at some point.
• Make sure that when all items (including the new restrooms) are addressed in total for that site, we have allowed
for sufficient stormwater treatment and permitting requirements from SJRWMD. Who is designing the restroom
feature? Is it necessarily associated with the building of the Splash Pad or is it to be provided further into the
future?

We have drawings for the new splashpad at Riverview Park. Do you (engineering and storm water) want to review
them?
They're in for building permits - but if you have time, I'd like you (or the 'terns) to look at them.
