Regarding the restroom repairs, I respectfully suggest you go with Flinn Construction because they are familiar with the situation, have done a lot of free homework on this very messy matter, and have given us what I believe is a fair and reasonable basis to determine a competitive price to proceed. Is the Stop Sign relocation by others? Benches are by others? • Stepping Stones and Flag Pole by others? Will Flag Pole require a support pier/footing? Restroom Repairs • Type/size of tile should be specified. If we have acceptable samples that we can show bidders, that will do, • Same goes for tile adhesive. Will we require a thin set or a glue?
