Sebastian Planning and Zoning board

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:10 P.M. The minutes were read
and approved with the correction of the extfa 'T' in Mr. Etienne's name.
Mr. Vincent Ventinigla (pronounced Ventamilia) presented a set of plans. After
discuslion, Mrs. Bock made a motion that we approve temporarily but that we need
a more complete site plan by the next meeting on August 14th. Mrs. Bostian seconded
and it was accepted.
Mid'. T. L. Cumby presented a plot plan for a two story industrial condo to be built on
Lots 19,159 and 16 on Old Dixie Highway. It is to be 'clean' industry with 16 spaces
for industrial offices for manufacturing. Mr. Etienne moved we accept and approve
6 parking spaces on the North side and 12 spaces in the rear with no parking in the front.
Mr. Bostian seconded and it passed.
/"1 There being no further business, 'r. Messersmith suggested we adjourn and Fir. Orth
seconded it. We adjourned at 8:30 P.M.

their next meeting in the City mall on Thursday, July 17 at 7:00 P.M.
