After a discussion of the Land Use Plan it was moved that the zoning in the City
retain the same as it is now with the exception of the North side of 512 fry�n
Louisiana Avenue to Seba.;tian Paradise property and that would be zoned C1.3s6cD
Ne=aate. Much discussion followed. So Bill hessersmith and Tom Gosnell moved
we rescind the motion. It was done:_I It was decided then that the Land Y?se Plan be ._.
adopted as proposed by David Marsh with the exception of the stripSori*'512 which
should be made commercial between La. Ave. and Sebastian Paradise. T 73
put all of this in the form of a motion and that the plan be accepted for Public
Hearing on March 16th at 7 P.M. City Hall. Mary Bostian seconded and it passed.
