BY: City of Sebastian A1 Minner, City Manager CITY OF SEBASTIAN NOTICE OF 30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD CONSOLIDATED PLAN 2010-2014 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN 2010 The City of Sebastian's Consolidated Plan is a five-year strategic plan that sets forth the City's course of action for housing and neighborhood revitalization for the period from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2015. It also includes an annual plan and application for FY 2010 funding under federal housing and community development entitlement programs for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The federal goal of these programs is to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment and expanding economic opportunities principally for low and moderate income persons. The Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan are available to citizens for review and comment. Citizens should submit written comments to the Growth Management Director at the address below.
