( December 14, 1956 - January 05, 2020 ) Mr. Richard Francis Doyle Jr., 63, died January 5, 2020. Richard Doyle more famously known as "Ricky Dee" grew up in Bloomfield, New Jersey. He later moved to Union and Chester, New Jersey where he raised his family. He has been in Sebastian, Florida for the past ten plus years. As a young boy of 16, Ricky started out washing dishes at the Park Manor in Newark, New Jersey with Aggie Capasso, who taught, Ricky how to be the amazing chef he was! He would continue cooking for many restaurants up and down Bloomfield Ave until he opened his own establishment on Belmont Ave in Belleville called Toscani Ristorante Itaiiano. This is where he created the most beautiful dishes and menus that were copied by many. For the past 10 years Ricky shared his talent with the Disney Corp at Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Obviously his passion was cooking, what he enjoyed and loved most though was cooking for his friends and family not a day went by that Ricky wasn't in his kitchen! Ricky leaves behind his beloved wife of 39 years, Joan Romano -Doyle and a dear son, Mario Romano -Doyle; sisters, Denise Feliciano, Mary Lou Tomasella, Donna Huggins and Renee Yannuzzi and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 2:00 PM — 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Strunk Funeral Home, 1623 North Central Avenue, Sebastian, Florida 32958 with a Prayer Service being held at 5:30 PM with Deacon John Dunlop, offrciant. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Friday, January 10, 2020 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Sebastian, Florida with Father John Morrissey, celebrant. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Sebastian Cemetery, Sebastian, Florida.
