Analysis: During the City Engineer's and the Community Development Directors review some minor discrepancies were noted. These were: a. There is a need to install dead end signs and street name signs approved by the city engineer at the intersection of Easy street and Chello Avenue. b. There is a need to construct a barrier at the south end of the temporary cul-de-sac on Easy Street approved by the city engineer. C. There is a need to install guardrails along Easy Street where Easy Street cross the existing ditch north of the subdivision approved by the city engineer. d. There is a need to fix the erosion that has occurred in the roadside swales, prior to the city accepting maintenance of that system. e. There is a need to have the city engineer approve the final thickness and quality of the asphalt. f. There is a need to repaint the stop bars to the required 24 inches. 4 g. The edge of Wimbrow Rd. needs to be repaired and the swale regraded on the south side of Wimbrow Rd. east of Easy Street to the first culvert. h. The radius of the cul-de-sacs needs to be added to the plat. 19. Conclusion: The final plat for Collier Creek Phase One with conditions, is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Code of Ordinances, and the Land Development Code. 20. Recommendation: Recommend approval of the Final Plat for Collier Creek Estates, Phase One, prepared by James A. Fowler, dated August 15, 1997 and revised September 2, 1997 with the following conditions: a. That the applicant install dead end signs and street name signs approved by the city engineer at the intersection of easy street and Chello Avenue. b. That the applicant construct a barrier at the south end of the temporary cul-de-sac on Easy Street approved by the city engineer. C. That the applicant install guardrails along Easy Street where Easy Street cross the existing ditch north of the subdivision approved by the city engineer. d. That the applicant fix the erosion that has occurred in the roadside swales, prior to the city accepting maintenance of that system. e. Prior to the acceptance of the roads for maintenance, the city engineer shall approve the final thickness and quality of the asphalt. f. The applicant shall repaint the stop bars to the required 24 inches. g. The applicant shall repair the edge of Wimbrow Rd. needs to be repaired and the swale regraded on the south side of Wimbrow Rd. east of Easy Street to the first culvert. h.
