Collier Creek Estates
March 11, 1998
1. The mining shall be limited to the lakes shown on the preliminary plat for Collier
Creek Estates.
2. The lakes shall not be excavated below the elevations shown on the Construction
Drawings for Collier Creek Estates.
3. The property to be excavated shall be posted for no trespassing.
4. The hours of removal of the fill from the site shall be 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Monday through Friday.
5. The storage of any material on site shall be managed to prevent water and wind
erosion and sedimentation.

6. The vRkenees onto city owned streets shall be approved by the City Engineer prior
to use. Mats, culverts, ramps, or paved drives shall be placed at the entrances
and/or exists in such position that the pavement edges, shoulders, curbs, and
sidewalks will be protected from damage as determined by the City Engineer.
7. If damage occurs at the access point to a city, county, or state road, the applicant
shall be responsible for repairs. The City reserves the right to suspend mining
operations until the repairs have been completed to the satisfaction of the
applicable governing body.
8. The applicant shall insure that when all vehicles hauling fill leave the site, they are
covered with a close -fitting tarpaulin as required by Section 316.520 Florida
Statutes.
9. The applicant shall insure that when all hauling trucks leave the site they have the
trucking company name, mailing address, and telephone number prominently
displayed on both sides of the vehicle in letters at least three inches in height and in
a color contrasting with the color of the truck.
10. Allmining shall be phased in accordance with the approved preliminary plat for
Collier Creek Estates.
11. A compliance bond shall be posted for each phase of the project, in which lake
area is excavated and excess fill is removed from the site, to cover the costs to
repair any damage at the access point, to the street caused by trucks hauling fill
from the site. The amount of the bond shall be $1,000 per acre of lake area being
excavatedo that phase.
