HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998 02 24 PH NoticePUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF SEBASTIAN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA The City Council of the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on a application as listed below on Wednesday, March 11, 1998 at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida. The public hearing is quasi-judicial and will be conducted in accordance with the City's established rules of procedure for quasi-judicial matters. A copy of all application documents and quasi-judicial procedures are available in the Office of the City Clerk, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida from Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m, and 4:30 p.m. 1. P�roiect Name: COLLIER CREEK ESTATES SUBDIVISION - Sandmining Special Use Permit - Resolution R-98-11 Action: Approval of Special Use Permit for Sandmining for the Subdivision Construction of Collier Creek Estates, Zoned RS -10 (Residential Single - Family) Location: South of S. Wimbrow Drive; East of Harbor Point Subdivision and George Street; North of Englar Drive; and West of an area known as Sebastian Greens. iz : 156.39 acres Leal: A replat of a portion of the plat of Sebastian Highlands, Unit 16, as recorded in plat book 8, page 45, 45-A through 45-J, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, being and bounded as follows: On the North and East by the boundary line of said plat of Sebastian Highlands, Unit 16; on the West by a portion of the West boundary line of said plat of Sebastian Highlands, Unit 16 and the Easterly right-of-way of Harbor Waterway, shown on said plat of Sebastian Highlands, Unit 16 and on the South by the North right-of-way line of Englar Avenue shown on said plat of Sebastian Highlands, Unit 16.
