Pursuant to Section 54.4.
20.3A4.c(4) of the Land Develop -
mem Cade of the City of Sebas-
tian, the City Council has
scheduled a Quasi -Judicial Hear-
ing for Wednesday, Odober 25,
2000, at 7:00 p.m in the City
Council Chambers, City Hall, 1225
Main Street, Sebastian, Florida, to
consider adopting a resolution
approving a preliminarydevelop-
ment plan/plat for Phase II of Col-
lier Club, a planned unit develop-
ment consisting of 66.72 acres in
Phase ll, for 141 single-family
units, located northeast of Collier
Creek; northwest of Main Street
and Wimbrow Drive, and south-
west of Sebastian Municipal Golf
Course. Current zoning is PUD -R
( p I a n n e d u n i t
development -residential).
All records and legal description
are available for review in the
office of the Growth Management
Department, 1225 Main sheet,
Sebastian, Florida,
Monday through Friday, between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Any person with may wish to
appeal any decision which may be
made by the City Council at this
hearing will need to ensure that
verbatim record of the proceedings
is made which record include the
testimony and evidence upon which
the appeal will be based.
