HomeMy WebLinkAbout2000 10 25 - Public NoticeCity of Sebastian 1225 MAIN STREET ❑ SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA 32958 TELEPHONE (561) 589-5537 ❑ FAX (561) 589-2566 PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF SEBASTIAN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FLORIDA Pursuant to Section 54-4-20.3.A.4.c(4) of the Land Development Code of the City of Sebastian, the City Council has scheduled a Quasi -Judicial Hearing for Wednesday, October 25, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida, to consider adopting a resolution approving a preliminary development plan/plat for Phase II of Collier Club, a planned unit development consisting of 66.72 acres in Phase II, for 141 single-family units, located northeast of Collier Creek, northwest of Main Street and Wimbrow Drive, and southwest of Sebastian Municipal Golf Course. Current zoning is PUD -R (planned unit development -residential). All records and legal description are available for review in the office of the Growth Management Department, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any person who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made by the City Council at this hearing will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be based. (286.0105 F.S.)
