Due to the existing topography, the applicant must cut down grade by removing approximately 6,100 cubiecyards o sand in order to properly engineer and develop the subdivision. The system w 11 connect to the abutting property immediately north, which Will allev' to any problems concerning dead end streets having a length greater than 600 eet.
