The Sebastian Comprehensive Land Use Plan provides: Section IV 94-2)(C) [at page [V-10) "This provision shall not prohibit residences for night watchmen or custodians whose presence on indistrial sites is necessary for security purposes." It will be legally possible for you to obtain a special use for the residence of a watchman under the provisions of Sec. 20A- 2.6 of the Sebastian Land Development Code.
