The Council of the City of Sebastian, Florida, will hold a
Public Hearing to consider a Special Use Permit, under Section
20A-2.6 of the Sebastian Land Development Code, as described
below, at 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 11, 1987, in the City
Council Chambers, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida, 32958.
A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL
STRUCTURE FOR SECURITY PERSONNEL ON INDUSTRIAL MINI -
WAREHOUSE PROPERTY LOCATED ON U.S. HIGHWAY 1, IN THE
CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA (LENGTHY LEGAL DESCRIPTION
AVAILABLE AT THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE, CITY HALL, 1225
MAIN STREET, SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA).
At the conclusion of this Public Hearing or at a subsequent meeting,
the Council may enact the Special Use Permit. Interested parties
may inspect the proposed application file in the Office of the
City Clerk at City Hall, and may appear at the hearing and be
heard with respect to the proposed Special Use Permit.
Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made at this
hearing will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence
upon which the appeal will be based.

The City Council of the City of Sebastian, Florida, will
hold a Public Hearing to consider a Special Use Permit, as
described below, at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 6, 1986, in the
City Council Chambers, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida,
32958.
A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A PROPOSED PRIVATE
LANDING STRIP TO BE LOCATED IN SAN SEBASTIAN
SPRINGS SUBDIVISION. Location of landing strip
the Westerly 75' of Section 23, Township 31,
Range 38, Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
Southwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4, and, Section
14, Township 31, Range 38, Southwest 1/4 of
Southwest 1/4. The proposed airstrip will be
75' in width and 3,690' in length.

RE: Watchman's residence at mini -warehouse site.
The Sebastian Comprehensive Land Use Plan provides:
Section IV 94-2)(C) [at page [V-10) "This provision shall not
prohibit residences for night watchmen or custodians whose presence
on indistrial sites is necessary for security purposes."
It will be legally possible for you to obtain a special use
for the residence of a watchman under the provisions of Sec. 20A-
2.6 of the Sebastian Land Development Code. These are the same
procedures you utilized for your air strip.
