RE: Proposed Acquisition of Two (2) Easements for Water Service
Riverfront Water Project
City of Sebastian, Florida
l _,
In order to supply water service to parcels which are not immediately adjacent to the recently
constructed water supply system, it is necessary that we obtain easements to allow the properties
to be served to construct a water service pipeline from the water main to their property. There
are two properties involved and I am attaching a plan and legal description of both properties with
this letter for your information.
The first proposed easement involves Block 2, Lot 3 and Lot 6. The intent is for the dedication of
a 10' wide strip of land on Lot 3 to provide for construction of a water service line by the owner
of Lot 6. The water service line would extend from Indian River Drive west within the) 10'
easement to Lot 6. The 10' easement would be granted by Condor Land Holdings, 2600 E.
Commercial Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, 33308 (the owner of Block 2, Lot 3) to Hart, Maria, 1546 N.
U.S. #1, Sebastian, Florida 32958 (the owner of Block 2, Lot 6).
The second proposed easement involves lots 14 and 15 of the W.A. Martin Subdivision. In order
for the owner of Lot 14 to construct a water service line to their property, a 10' wide easement is
necessary across the back of Lot 15. The water line now ends immediately north of Lot 15 and is
constructed in an existing dedicated alleyway. The proposed easement will be granted by the
owner of Lot 15 who is Fey, Richard, P.O. Box 963, Roseland, FL 32957-0936. The easement
will be dedicated to the owner of Lot 14 who is Cormier, Gay A. and Sara A., 5 Shelter Rock
Road, Danbury, CT. 06810.
Please prepare and provide me with the necessary legal documentation in order that I may secure
the necessary signatures and make these easements a matter of record with the tax office on behalf
of these individuals. By providing this legal access to the utility system, Ms. Hart and the
Cormier's will be able to construct a water service connection within these easements and be
provided with water service consistent with the other participants in this project's assessment
program.
