Specifically the project will correct the following shortfalls currently present in the area: the provision of a central public water supply would provide a dependable and safe supply of public water which will meet drinking water standards. and. a central water system will provide public fire hydrants which would aid in fire protection: and. The provision of a safe and dependable public drinking water supply to the area will promote economic growth. While these. along with other unspecified ecological and environmental factors, are difficult to place an objective financial value on. I am confident they surpass the costs. Sincerely. No. 106 is unable to be serviced at this time. We are unable to acquire an easement from Condor Land Holdings, Inc. Condor Land Holdings, Inc. is presently selling the property in which an easement would be necessary in order to serve Ms. Hart's property with water. Therefore, we have concluded that this parcel be deleted from the assessment. The parcel is described as follows: Square Footate Deleted Map I.D.
