Volunteers will be needed to
help organize, set up, clean
up, coordinate food, set up
games, and plan a kid's corner,
etc.
Failure to get enough
volunteers to help plan this

THE TOP 10 TIPS FOR BALANCING
WORK AND FAMILY
The following are suggestions
on how to survive in the 90's:
1. Add yourself to the list of
people you take care of -
pnysically, emotionally and
spiritually.
2. Re -introduce etiquette into
your family. Be as courteous
to them as you would to
strangers.
3. Turn off the (darn) T.V. -
enjoy a book, bake a pie, talk.
4. Develop at least one
passion - something just for
you.
5. Seek out quality in all you
do - what you read, eat, buy,
and listen to.
6. Find an exercise you enjoy
and simply do it.
7. Set limits on how much time
you work, do jobs around the
house and run errands.
8. Seek out people who are
nourishing and make you glad to
be alive.
9. Limit the amount of time
you spend with people who are
not good for you ( i.e . drain
your energy, make you feel
guilty, etc.)
10. Laugh a whole lot more -
seek out movies, books, people,
anything else to help you laugh
and keep laughing.
Remember: Balance your work
and home life - and give
yourself enough time to enjoy
both of them.
CONGRATULATIONS
