TO MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING ORDINANCE O-17-01 WHICH PROPOSES TO AMEND THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ARTICLE XXII – LANGUAGE AND DEFINITIONS, BY ESTABLISHING DEFINITIONS FOR “MARIJUANA” AND “MEDICAL MARIJUANA TREATMENT CENTERS”; AMENDING ARTICLE V – ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS, AND AMENDING ARTICLE VI – CONDITIONAL USE CRITERIA, BY ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA TREATMENT CENTERS; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; SEVERABILITY; AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
