We are in the process of registering lots in several units in
the City of Sebastian. As part of the registration process we must
submit a letter from the local governments regarding the
availability of water and sewer (or septic tank permits) and the
ability to obtain building permits.
I would appreciate it if you would send me a letter regarding
the availability of septic tank permits and the availability of
existing water lines for lots in the following units: 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17. We also need the breakdown of
sewer and water connection fees including meter installation and
any impact fees.
If you have any questions please give me a call. Your
earliest response would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Availability of Water and Sewer in the Sebastian Highlands
Dear Mr. Kulczycki:
This letter is in response to your letter of April 25, 1995 in
reference to the availability of water and sewer service in the
Sebastian Highlands. The units which currently have water service
available are Units 7,9,12,14,15, and portion of Units 8,10,11,16,
and 17. The units which currently have sewer available are portions
of Units 9, 16, and 17. 1 have enclosed copies of the water and
sewer maps which show the existing lines despite the fact that the
maps are dated 1991. Due to the pending sale of the Utilities
system to Indian River County there has been absolutely no
expansion of either the water or sewer systems.
Also, enclosed is a sheet dated July 15, 1994 which gives you the
current charges for lots which have a service line already in place
and for lots which don't. If you need further information, please
call me at 589-5490.
Sincerely,
, / /
