Board of Directors
Meeting was conducted on Thursday, March 4, 1982.
Call to Order
Mr. Dan Melia called the meeting to order at 4=02 P.M.~

Mr. Arthur Trowbridge, Mr. Don Livingston, Mr. Bill Roux,
Mr. Clay Price, Mr. Don Vickers, Mr. Gordon Carlile, and
Mr. Ray Ladd.
A_p~~utes of Previous Meet~nq
A motion by Mr. Bill Roux - seconded by Mr. Arthur Trowbri~e -
unanimously approved the minutes of the ~revious meeting.
Pro Manaqer Requests and. R~ports
Mr. Ladd reported on the gross income for the month of February.
Income was $60,491,43. Expenses were estimated to be very close
to $40,000.00. Mr. Ladd informed the committee of preliminary
~etails pert~ning to Pro-Am.

Mr. Melia and Mr. Morris informed the Board that the Clubhouse will
be finished and turned over to the Board next week. (March 8-12)
Mr. Arthur Mayer, Building Supervisor, informed the Board that
the cost of the additional drain-field and septic tank would be
$1,575.00. Mr. Mayer also informed the Board that the tile Un the
shower areas and door in bar area would cost $315.00. ($215.00 tile,
$100.00 door)
Board Mem. be..r Requests and _Reports
Mr. Harry Morris informed the Board that the approximate COSt of
constructing the on/off Tamp to the Clubhouse would be $4,800.00.
This expense was delayed until Mr. Morris and' Mr. ROUX have had
time to discuss the problem and the expense with Mr. Jackson the
contractor. In reiteration 'Mr. Vickers explained that he thought
that the parking lot and all s%rrounding areas should be engineered.
Mr. Price also sugguested that the area to be engineered. Mr. Melia
mentioned that the City Engineer will be employed nex~ week.
Mr. Melia mentioned that the cost to stucco the vault would be
.$900,00.. . .This work and cost was held in abeyance until funds are
available. It was suggested that the Board request vol~teers to
paint the cart shed. Mr. Morris will handle this project.
Mr. Ladd was requested to prepare specs on the carpeting for the
Clubhouse and to get the specs out to bid.
