THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A BOOK SIGNED BY THE LAST PERSON OUT OF THE BUILDING
AND CHAIRMAN TROWBRIDGE STRESSED THAT THIS MUST BE DONE. MR. LADD STATED THAT
HE WOULD LIKE TO STATE, OFFICIALLY, THAT SINCE THE COURSE WAS OPENED, WBLH~VE
NOT SBEN~.~$~.50 IN VANDALISM WHICH MEANS OUR SECURITY IS MUCH BETTER THAN AVERAGE.
OTHER COURSES WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF HERE ARE SPENDING AS MUCH AS $100,000. FOR
VANDALISM. SECURITY IS BETTER THAN MOST PEOPLE GIVE US CREDIT FOR. MR. MELIA
REMARKED THAT WHaT WE ARE TRYING TO STOP IS THE ~LUB HOUSE BEING LEFT OPEN. IT
HAS BEEN LEFT OPEN. MR. LADD STATED THAT IN THE 600 DAYS THE CLUB HAS BEEN IN

THE MAYOR IS THE NO. 1 OFFENDER. HE HAS TO TAKE HIS CLUBS BACK iNSIDE, AND
THEN SOMEBODY GOES BACK OUT THROUGH THE GOLF SHOP. FROM NOW ON WHEN WE LEAVE
THE GOLF SHOP IT WILL BE LOCKED, THE CLUB STORAGE AREA, THE DOOR GOING OUT AND
THE DOOR GOING INTO THE DINING ROOM. MR. MELIA SAID IT SHOULD BE LOCKED AND
SOMEBODY IS GOING TO SIGN THE BOOK SAYING ITS LOCKED. MR. LADD 'ADDED THAT ITS
BEEN SHUT BUT NOT LOCKED BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE STILL ON THE COURSE.AND HAVE TO
PUT THEIR CLUBS AWAY. THE CLUB STORAGE HOUSE CAN BE LEFT OPEN, BUT WHEN THE
PERSON WHO LEAVES AT NIGHT SECURES THE BUILDING, HE WILL HAVE TO MAKE SURE THE
CLUB STORAGE DOOR IS LOCKED. ANOTHER PROBLEM WAS THE TELEPHONE. IF THE PLACE
CAUGHT ON FIRE, THE ONLY AVAILABLE PHONE IS OUTSIDE, SO WE DIDN'T LOCK IT FOR
THAT REASON. MR. LADD SAID HE HAD NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT GOING TO THE GOLF
COURSE AT NIGHT. CHAIRMAN TROWBRIDGE STATED THAT ANY TIME A SITUATION COMES
UP HE WANTS TO BE CALLED.
CHAIRMAN TROWBRIDGE ADVISED THAT HE IS TRYING TO GET THE PAY TELEPHONE MOVED
TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE FRONT ENTRANCE TO ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM OF EVERYONE
WANTING TO USE THE CLUB HOUSE PHONE..
