THE FOLLOWING TWO GENTLEMEN INTRODUCED THEMSELVES - PAUL MEYER REPRESENTING E-Z-GO
AND GARF RIVER REPRESENTING CLUB CAR.
IN RESPONSE TO THE QUESTION FROM MR. MORRIS, MAYOR FLOOD STATED THAT IT IS NOT
NECESSARY TO ACCEPT THE'LOWEST BID IF THERE IS SOME JUSTIFICATION FOR NOT DOING SO.
MR. MORRIS EXPLAINED THAT HIS REASON FOR ASKING WAS THAT HE HAD NO COMPLAINT WITH
E-Z-GO, BUT HE WOULD LIKE TO TRY CLUB CARS SIMPLY FOR COMPARISON. MR. LIVINGSTON
FELT THE SAME WAY. CHAIRMAN TROWBRIDGE ASKED MR. RIVER IF HE COULD DELIVER THE
CARS IN DECEMBER RATHER THAN JANUARY 15 AND MR. RIVER PROMISED TO MAKE EVERY
EFFORT.
MOTION BY MR. MELIA THAT WE ACCEPT THE LOW BID FROM E-Z-GO. MOTION DIED FOR LACK
OF A SECOND.
MOTION BY MR. LIVINGSTON, SECONDED BY MR. VICKERS, TO ACCEPT THE BID FROM CLUB CAR.

MOTION CARRIED.
A LETTER WAS DISTRIBUTED TO THE BOARD FROM MR. KRAGES REQUESTING THAT HE BE
GRANTED GOLFING PRIVILEGES. IT WAS AGREED TO CONSIDER THIS AT THE NEXT MEETING.
