Dell Chinn, Howard Carsw~ll, Catherine Mitten. Absent w~s Mary D~Cha/ne.
Meeting called to order at 3:08p.m.
5~TION.. to accept the minutes of the Se~t. 17th, 1985 meeting by ~
Report by Dell Chinn: Door hinges for Clivus Mult~n are still too tight.
Chairman retnrted that C.O. has been issued to Yacht Club but, D. Chinn
reports that towel & soa~ dispensers are still too high in addition to
Medicine Cabinet. Also, no ha~dica~ signs ar~ in place.
There was a discussion of the blueprints for the new ram~ area for the Club.
MOTION: to accept blueprints by Dell Ch/nn/seconded by Catherine Mitten,
NEW BUSINESS
A suggestion of a letter for Frank Overbeck in appreciation for a job w~ll
done was discussed and agreed upon by the nmtars. To be do~e A.S.A.P.
New Stationary was also discussed by the members for our use - to notify
businesses of possible infractions and requesting their help in rectifying
any problem areas. One area in particular is "Vi's Restaurant". The parking
area is not accessible to wheelchair patrons. Discussion follow~d.
No ~ting will be held until after the b~ Ymtr Holiday.
