RETIREMENT TRUST FUND HELD ON MODAY, MARCH 2, 1992
Meeting was called to order at 10:10 a.m. Present were G.
Gore, E. Ewert, D. Puscher, E. Petty and L. Napier.
D.Puscher made a motion which was seconded by E. Petty to
waive approval of last meeting's minutes until next meeting.
Motion was made by E. Petty and seconded by L. Napier for
Chairman to send letter to State Department of Revenue about
allocation.
Motion made by D. Puscher and seconded by E. Petty to
approve statement from Key Trust as Financial Report.
Meeting adjourned at 11:04 a.m.
