Home My WebLink About03251991 POPT MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SEBASTIAN POLICE OFFICERS' RETIREMENT TRUST FUND HELD ON MONDAY, MARCH 25, 1991 Meeting was called to order by Chairman Gore at 9:14 A.M. Present were Gregory Gore, Chief Earle Petty, Gene Ewert and Larry W. Napier. Chief Earle Petty made a motion, seconded by Sene Ewert, to accept the minutes of the meeting of January 16, 1991 as presented. Motion carried. Chief Earle Petty made a motion, seconded by Gene Ewert, to appoint Larry W. Napier- as Secretary/Treasurer of the Sebastian Police Officer'm' Retirement Trust Fund. Motion passed. Motion was made by Gene Ewert, seconded by Chief Earle Petty, to invite representatives of Key Trust, Barnett Bank & SunTpust to attend the meeting on the 5th Monday of April, 1991 at 10:00 A.M.. Motion carried. Larry W. Napier made a motion, seconded by Gene Ewert, to refund all monies withheld from John Innis, who was employed less than 12 months by the City as a police officer. Motion carried. Motion by Chief Earle Petty, seconded by Gene Ewert~ to adjourn at 9:30 A.M.. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. Respectfully submitted, W.
