MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD
MONDAY, JULY 22, 1991
This Special Meeting was called to order et 10:10 a.m. by
Chairman Gore. Presentations made by Dave Rondmar of Key
Trust and Steve Cochrane of ICC regarding Custodian of Fund.
Key Trust explained how the fund works. It is the 36th
largest bank. Fund assets set-up in eparate account. Key
Trust has an A Rating.
Discussion followed presentations. Motion made by Earle
Petty and seconded by Eugene Ewert to appoint and engage ICC
as Investment Advisor and Key Trust as Custodian of funds.
Motion passed unanimously.
