BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
SEBASTIAN POLICE OFFICERS' RETIREMENT TRUST FUND
NOVEMBER 11, 1993
The meeting was called to order by Chairman G-re Gore at 11:10 a.m. on November 1, 1993.
Those present were Greg Gore, Eugene Ewert, Marjorie Poole and Judi Robinson.
A motion was to nominate Gte Gore for the post of Chairman by Eugene Ewert, seconded by
Marge Poole. No other nominations for the position, Greg Gore elected by unanimous vote.
Marge Poole nominated by Eugene Ewert to post of Secretary which was seconded by Judi
Robinson. No other nominations received. Marge Poole elected by unanimous vote. Judi
Robinson was asked that she review financial statements and report to board.. A-motion was
made to elect Eugene Ewert as Co-Chairman by Greg Gore and seconded by Judi Robinson..
No other nominations received, Eugene Ewert elected by unanimous vote.
Motion to adjourn made by Chairman Gore and seconded by Marge Poole.
Meeting adjourned at 11:20 a.m..
