On April 12, 1999, Secretary Linda Kinchen, Parks Supervisor Chris McCarthy and one member Elizabeth
Stevens waited until 7:20 PM and then cancelled the meeting for lack of attendance.
Mrs. Stevens stated she will start calling the members in advance to remind them of the meeting even
though it was established at the March meeting that the committee would hold meetings on the second
Monday of every month.
