MEETING

CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS

The Parks and Recreation Committee did not hold a meeting due to
a lack of quorum.
Present:
Irene Trafioante
Eugene Dory
Absent: Howard Carswe11, Alternate
Excused:
Cliff Hoose (Scorekeeping, Men's Softball.League)
George Schum (Taking Fire Dept. College Exam)
Robb McClary, City Manager
Also Present:
David Fisher, City Engineer
Clyde Datlin, Sebastian Sun
Eunice Mercier, Secretary
At approximately 6:45 p.m., Lonnie Powell, committee member,
verbally announced his resignation to Irene Traficante,
Chairperson, due to lack of time and stated that he would also
submit the resignation in writing to confirm this.
At 7:00 p.m., a phone call was placed to Howard Carswell,
A~%ernate, requesting his presence due to a lack of quorum.
However, Mr. Carswell was at work and unable to attend this
meeting.
Therefore, with only two (2) members, a meeting was not held.
Next meeting scheduled is November 28, 1989.
