THIS WARRANTY DEED, made and executed this 14 `" day of
April, A.D., 1999, by Sam R. Morrison and Gaye S. Morrison,
hereinafter called Grantor, to the City of Sebastian, Florida,
whose post office address is 1225 Main Street Sebastian, FL
32958, hereinafter called Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the term "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall
include singular and plural, heirs, legal representatives and
assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns or
corporations, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release convey and confirm unto the
Grantee all that certain land, situate in the county of Indian
River, State of Florida, to -wit:
See attached Schedule "A"
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that they
are lawfully seized of said land infee simple; that it has good
right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that it
hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and
that said land is free of all encumbrances
