Chakman Richter called file meeting to order at 7:00 PM
Roll Call: tile following members were present:
Maura Rabom - Sebastian Panthers, lue. abseut
Virginia Nichols ~ Friendly Tenuis Group, absent excused
Marjorie Scbaub - Sebastiau River Art Club,
Nancy Diamond - Indiau Riyer Couuty Parks and Recreation Liaison
Carol McCmmell - Citizen-at-Lmge, absent
Larry Vickers, Alternate voting for Mrs. McConnell
Robert Bates - Crafl Club of Sebastian, abseut
Clifford Moss, Sebastiau Old Boys
Cory Richter - Sebastian Soccer Association, Inc,
Vacant - Sebastian River Area Little League, luc.,
Nancy Pfister - Alternate - absent
Staff members present were Linda Kiuehen, Recording Secretary, Chris McCarthy, Parks and Recreation

Approval of Minutes February 22, 1999 - Motion to approve as writteu by Mrs Sehaub, second Mrs.
Diamond passed unanimously.
Old Business: None but Chaimlan asks Chris where skateboald commiltee is and Cluis states that tile
committee would like the City Council to formally approve file Iocatiou behind tile police statiou.
A motion to recomnlend to City Council the skateboard conunittees request to set aside land bebi,d the
police station for file skate park was made by Cbairmau Richter, second Mrs. Diamond, passed
uuanimously.
New Business: Noue

Members Com~nents - Mr. Vickers asks about Article in paper regarding getting 3 counties together
recreation - Nancy Diamond stated she hadn't heard anything about it at tile County level.
Staff Commeuts - Secretary ammuuces that the Little league still bas not submitted a member aud also if
M~s. Rabom is no longer with tile Panthers they will need to submit a member also.
A motion to adjourn at 7:20 PM was made by Mrs. Diamond second Mrs. Schaub passed unaninlously
