The following notes were taken by me as a result of our

1) Sebastian Skydive is having ESPN come to a major
spectator skydive event on Friday May 3 through Sunday
May 5. Andy stated that there will be no increase in
aircraft activity. Normally there are 40 loads (jumps)
per day.

south line of Skydive Sebastian to the north for
approximately 500 feet which is just south of Runway
13-31.
3) Andy requests that the City allow spectators to watch
the event between the drainage ditch just west of the
drop zone and the east edge of pavement on the taxiway
located directly east of Skydive Sebastian.
4) Andy requested that the City's Police Department assist
them with the event for traffic control. He stated that
his firm has a $1 million liability insurance policy and
his own staff to police the event -.area.
5) Andy wanted our sign shop to provide traffic signs and
cones along Roseland Road. Please note that Roseland Road
is a Countv road.

lets.

7) in' closing down the taxiway, the other Airport tenants
should be notified, the FAA -should be notified,. and
yellow or orange ribbon provided by Skydive Sebastian.
should be used to delineate the boundaries where
spectators will be allowed. Signs stating that "No
Spectators Allowed Past This Point"• should be posted.
Andy said that he has signs.
8) Andy asked about extending his leased parcel for
Skydive Sebastian 100 feet to the north into Brian
Barry's leased property. Barry was planning to move
300 feet to the north. Local engineer, Keith McCully,
was preparing the site plan.
