The applicant has submitted preliminary plat plans for a 69 lot subdivision on 32.61 acres of land. The subject property lies South of South Easy Street, West of Schuman Drive and North and East of The Collier Waterway. Indian River County Utilities are available to this property and the applicant is coordinating with the appropriate utility providers. The proposed subdivision will be constructed as a multi -phase development. The plan is for 3 phases to be constructed in successive years beginning in 1998 and concluding in 2000. The City Engineer and City Planner have reviewed the application and recommend approval with conditions. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval with conditions.
