HRC PARCEL ID NO. IS 31-38-26-00000-1000-0003.1. CURRENT ZONING IS RS -10 (RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY) AND LAND USE IS LDR (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL). PROPOSED DENSITY IS 2.12 UNITS PER ACRE (39 LOTS). ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MAY APPEAR AT THE HEARING AND PRESENT TESTIMONY WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPOSED PRELIMINARY PLAT.
