THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN HAS A LONO HISTORY. MANY HISTORICAL STRUCTURES WERE BUILT BEFORE TH~ ADOPTION OF
ANY LAND DEVELOPMENT REGUI,~,TIONS. HURRICANE HARBOR IS AN EXAMPLE OF THIS. THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING IS
LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LINE. THE LANDSCAPINO I~ ACTUALLY LOCATED ON THE RIOHT-OF WAY.
ISSUE: HOW SHOULD THE SIDEWALK BE CONSTRUCTED WHILE PRESERVINO WHAT EXISTS IN THE RIVERFRONT?
