ANNOUNCEMENTS: MR. COLLINS ANNOUNCED THAT HE HAD ARRANGED FOR
TWO GOLF CARTS TO RIDE IN ALONG INDIAN RIVER DRIVE FOR THIS

AFTER BOARDING THE GOLF CARTS THE COMMITTEE HEADED SOUTH ON
INDIAN RIVER DRIVE PAYING PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE EAST
SIDE OF THE ROAD.

IDENTIFYING WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT AND TRYING TO CREATE IT IS
SOMETHING THAT ALL AGREED NEEDED TO TAKE PLACE. FUNDING
HOWEVER, SEEMED TO BE A VERY IMPORTANT MATTER.

ENDS AND THE IMPACT OF COUNTY ROAD 512 WHERE IT MEETS US #1
WAS ALSO A CONCERN, INDIAN RIVER DRIVE AND MAIN STREET WAS
DISCUSSED AS A FOCAL POINT OF THE DISTRICT AND WOULD REQUIRE
SPECIAL TREATMENT.
MR. COLLINS FELT THAT THEY NEEDED TO CREATE SOMETHING THAT
BRINGS MORE THEN JUST LOCAL PEOPLE STATING HE WAS LEANING
TOWARD OLD WILLIAMSBURG WITH A TOUCH OF KEY WEST ATMOSPHERE.
