Box 127 Sebastian, Florida 32958 lo-, RE: Vickers Grove Subdi-vision Preliminary Plats Submittal Dear Linda: Please find attached herewith four (4) sets of the following information in support of Dr. Henry A. Fischer's application for preliminary plat approval for the above referenced project. 1. Four (4) copies of the Vickers Grove Subdivision Preliminary Plat. 2. Four (4) copies of the Vickers Grove Land Development Plans. The following is intended to be our tentitive response to the request for additional information as stated in Mr. David Fischer's letter dated February 26, 1990. 1. Traffic Impact Analysis and Study as required by the City of Sebastian Land Development Ordinance is on going at the present time. This impact study will be transmitted to you upon its completion. L. Calculations indicating recreational area requirements for the proposed subdivision are attached for your review. 3. A copy of the letter requesting a ruling from the Indian River County Health Department, with regard to septic tank and drain fill aspects of the proposed residential lots within the Vickers Grove Subdivision, will be forwarded under separate cover. We expect a response from the Health Department in the near future and this information will be transmitted to you upon our receipt. Ms. Linda Kinchen .June 18, 1990 Page 2 4. The public potable water system designed and depicted on the land development plans has been submitted to Indian River County Utility Department for their review and approval. A copy of the Indian River County Utilities Department permit will be submitted to the City of Sebastian upon our receipt. 5. The Concord Street right-of-way dedication has been delineated on the preliminary plat and land development plans for the Vickers Grove Subdivision project.
