recorded April 26, 1986 in O.R. Book 733, Page 112 (as corrected and re-reoorded
in O.R. Book 744, Page 2049) of the Public Records of Indian River County,
Florida, securing a note in the original principal miount of $1,624.307.00.
Subject to that certain mortgage in favor of First Union National Bank of Florida
recorded on January 19, 1988 in O.R. Book 788, Page 1236, of the Public Records
of Indian River County, Florida, said mortgage constitutes additional security
for the above described mortgage.
