SUMMARY
As you are aware, the City has a drainage project under way on Schumann Drive. A portion of
that bid was for our contractor to relocate utility lines for Indian River County while doing the
work. The County would agree to reimburse the City the price of $82,250, which was the lump
sum price for this work. An Interlocal Agreement between the City of Sebastian and Indian River
County has been prepared for your approval. The County Commission has already approved this
agreement.
Move to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with Indian River County for the
Schumann Drive Drainage Project.
