Subject: Bid Specifications for Traffic Signal,
US 1 at Schumann Drive

As requested by your Dec. 1, 1986 letter, listed below are the
General Specifications for the above mentioned traffic signal.
1. US 1 left -turn loops shall be wired separately to allow for
future left -turn phases.
2. Construction shall be in accordance with the latest editions
of FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge
Construction (Traffic Signals) and Road and Traffic Design
3. WorkV shall begin upon issuance of a Notice -to -Proceed and
shall be completed no later than 60 days thereafter.
4. Electric utility is FPL.
5. The City of Sebastian shall furnish the signal equipment
noted on the pay item list through the FDOT.
