The Board of Supervisors of the Copper Creek Commu-nity Development District will hold a special meeting and a public hearing on June 21, 2017, at 11:30 a.m. at the Offices of Culpepper & Ter-pening, Inc. 2980 South 25th St., Fort Pierce, Florida 34981 for the purpose of hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the bud-get(s) for the operation and maintenance of District facil-ities for Fiscal Year 2018. In addition, the Board will hear public comment and objec-tions relative to the levy of a non-ad valorem assessment pursuant to Florida Law for the purpose of funding operations and maintenance and principal and interest expenses of the District. The District may also fund vari-ous facilities through the col-lection of certain rates, fees and charges, which are iden-tified within the budget(s). A copy of the budget(s) may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351, during nor-mal business hours. At the Special Meeting, the Board is expected to consider and discuss the meeting minutes from the meeting of March 21, 2017, resolutions adopt-ing the budget and levying non-ad valorem assess-ments, staff reports, the monthly financial reports of the District, and any other business which may lawful-ly and properly come before the Board. The Stuart City Commission, Stuart, Florida is soliciting qualified firms to provide disaster debris remov-al, reduction, and disposal service resulting from hur-ricanes or other disasters. These services may include, but are not limited to: clear-ing and/or removing debris from public and private prop-erty, rights-of-way, streets, and roads in accordance with the specifications.
