REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ) FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SERVICESFOR THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN
1. INVITATIONIn accordance with section 287.055 of Florida statutes “consultants competitive negotiations act” (CCNA) the City of Sebastian hereby invites interested and qual-ified professional planners and landscape architects to present their qualifications for providing continuing profes-sional services for the city as may be required.
Six (6) copies of the document must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked on both the outside and inside as:
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ) FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SERVICESFOR THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN17-21
(The above label must also appear on outside of any over-night or express mail enve-lope or package.) The time and date for receipt of pro-posals will be scrupulously observed. The City reserves the right to select up to three (3) firms to provide these services should this be determined to be in the City’s best interest. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ) FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SERVICESFOR THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN
1. INVITATIONIn accordance with section 287.055 of Florida statutes “consultants competitive negotiations act” (CCNA) the City of Sebastian hereby invites interested and qual-ified professional planners and landscape architects to present their qualifications for providing continuing profes-sional services for the city as may be required.
Six (6) copies of the document must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked on both the outside and inside as:

(The above label must also appear on outside of any over-night or express mail enve -lope or package.) The time and date for receipt of pro -posals will be scrupulously observed. The City will not be responsible for late deliveries. Documents received after the specified date and time shall be stamped with date and time received and returned unopened.
The City reserves the right to select up to three (3) firms to provide these services should this be determined to be in the City’s best interest. Any resulting contracts will be for three years with renewal for an additional two years upon mutual consent of the parties. Qualifications presented in accordance with the request-ed format will be accepted by the City Manager’s Office, City Of Sebastian, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida 32958 until 2 pm on Friday December 1, 2017. Interested parties must send an email to rmoyer@city0fsebastian.org by Monday, November 13, 2017 of their intent and to be eligi-ble to receive any addendums related to this RFQ.

In compliance with CCNA Chapter 287.055, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from professional engineering firms for design of the 45th Street Milling and Resurfacing Project - 58th Avenue to 43rd Avenue (IRC-1722 FDOT SCOP FM No. 436848-1).
