Enclosed please find a contract for sale and purchase on lots
8 & 9 of block 208 in unit 10 of Sebastian Highlands.
REALTYLINE INC listed these two lots the other day and we
immediately discovered that they were adjacent to the ball
field on Barber Street.
I think that it would be in the best interest of the City of
Sebastian to purchase these lots and any others that might
become available in the future on this block. My reasoning is
that there is no buffer between these lots and the property
where the cities athletic activities take place. This could
cause many problems in the future should someone decide to
build a home on a lot on this block. Also, future parking
requirements will put a heavy burden on this area of the
Highlands if sufficient property is not appropriated to meet
the ensuing need.
Thank you for your consideration gentlemen.
Respectfully ted,
Peter S Tarbell PA
