line item transfer from the Parks and Recreation budget to
Capital Improvements. A letter has been sent to Ms. Brown
requesting a copy of her original deed so that Attorney Palmer
can work up legal papers upon his return from vacation.

the Deeds on the lot which she now owns in Sebastian Highlands Unit
10. I am enclosing a copy of the Deed to Mr. Brown as recorded and I
am enclosing a copy of my file copy of the Deed from his Estate to
Mrs. Brown which was done back in 1983.
I understand from Mrs. Brown that you propose to buy the lot
from her for the sum of $5,000.00 and will pay all expenses incident
to the closing. If you will forward me a Deed for her to execute
along with her money, I will see that same is signed and returned to
you and then deliver the check to Mrs. Brown.
Should there be any questions which I may answer, please let me
know.
