DECEMBER 11, 2017
The Police Pension Board will hold a special meeting Monday, December 11,
2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1225 Main St.
Sebastian, Florida.

Please note: In accordance with Florida Statue 286.0105: any person who desires to appeal any decision
at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for this purpose may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
appeal is based.
In accordance with Florida Statute 286.26: Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in

Trustees of the City of Sebastian Police Officers' Retirement System, to consider Claimant's request for
a Disability Pension. The hearing will be held as follows:
