Old Business:
Be~use the room was to be used almost immediately for another meeting,
the minutes of the last meeting were not read nor were they approved,
New Business:
~4r. Velde and Mr. Robinson presented plans for a Kentucky Fried Chicken on
North US1. It was discussed and it was decidedthe plans could be accepted
and approved if the Southern Driw~way was changed from 16 to 18 ft. It was
also decided that we would like the brown metal roof instead of the red and
white striped roof. Charles made the motion to accept the plans with the
changes and Bill seconded the motion. It passed. Then Charles moved and Bill
seconded the motion to adjourn. We did so at 7:35 P.M.
