Regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning committee called to order by
Cha£Fman Gene Harris at 7:33 P.M. Members present were Chairman Harris, Vice-
Chairman Harold Eisenbarth, Members Joe Stephenson, Bill Mahoney.~ and Ba~y
Mosby. Absent were MarJor~e Poole, Jesse Brock, and Altern&te T~m Kart.
Minutes were read; Randy Mosby moved the minutes of the 12-15-83 meeting
be approved as. read, Joe Stephenson seconded the motion, carr£e~ Joe Stephenson
moved the minutes of the 12-19-83 meeting be approved as, read, Harold E~senbarth
seconded the motion, carried.
Dr. F~scher*s new office had the Health Department slip, copy. stapled to
Planning and Zoning print and copy to the Build£ng Department.
Mr. Petrie's need for site plan approval was removed since he decided to
leave his storage building on Old Dixie as. storage building.
Francis and Ronald Baisden, requested an occupational l£cence to o~erate a
pet shop and supply s~ore at 821 U.S.#l, Sebastian, Florida. It would be a
change of use from the mirror and glass store that was there, but ~twould
still be a limited retail store. Bandy Mosby made the motion that the occupational
licence be approved, Bill Mahoney seconded the motion, unani~ously &pproved~
A fee schedule for the Planning and Zoning Com~%ttee was discussed. The
requirement was that the Planning and Zoning Committee be self-sustaining, not
profit making. Secretary was asked to request schedules from Brevard County',
Palm Bay, Indian River County, and Veto Beach Plann£ng and Zoning Departments.
There will be a special joint meeting on Monday, January 9, 1984, w~th the
City- Council to review the initial plans for a mobile ho~e PUD located off
Stratton Avenue to the south of the city.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
