A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MODEL HOME PERMIT FOR FASHION HOMES AT 1002 BARBER STREET WAS MADE BY MR. GOLDSTEIN SECOND MR. BARNES PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. MINOR SITE PLAN - PRUESS OFFICE BUILDING 1621 U.S. HIGHWAY #1 DAN PRUESS IS PRESENT STATES WAS HOPING RANDY MOSBY COULD BE HERE BUT IS RUNNING LATE AT ANOTHER MEETING STAFF SPEAKS FIRST DURING STAFF PRESENTATION RANDY MOSBY ARRIVES STAFF SHOWS A VIDEO OF THE SITE RANDY SPEAKS NEXT RANDY OBJECTS TO ALLOWING PUBLIC INPUT SINCE THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC HEARING CHAIRMAN TAKES A POLL OF THE MEMBERS AND THEY ALL STATE THEY WILL ALLOW THE PUBLIC TO SPEAK. THE VOTE WAS 8-1 WITH MR. SHROYER VOTING NO DAMIEN GILLIAMS 1623 US HIGHWAY #1 SPEAKS - CLAIMS PEOPLE ARE USING HIS PARKING LOT FOR THE DOCTORS OFFICE AND VERY UPSET THAT THE COMMISSION WOULD CONSIDER A SITE PLAN WHiCH IS INCORRECT SINCE DR. UNDERiLL'S OFFICE IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WiTH THEIR SiTE PLAN AND SHOULD BE BEFORE THIS IS CONSIDERED. GREG GOLIENALSO SPEAKS AGAINST THE SITE PLAN DUE TO THE PARKING PROBLEM. IT IS RECOMMENDED BY THE COMMISSION THAT THREE DIRECTIONAL SIGNS BE INSTALLED TO KEEP THE TRAFFIC FROM GOING INTO THE PARKING LOT OF THE BUILDING NEXT DOOR. SECRETARY ADVISES THAT A MOTION TO EXTEND THE TIME IS REQUIRED. A MOTION TO EXTEND 30 MINUTES BY FISCHER AND FIRTION CHAIR ASKS FOR ROLL CALL MR. SHROYER VOTED NO - MOTION FAILED MUST BE UNANIMOUSLY TO EXTEND THE TIME MEETING ADJOURNED AT 10:01 P.M.
